Day 9: When were you most scared?

From having a mini-heart attack when a kid tried jumping off the stage at camp to trying to ask a girl on a date (which never happened, by the way), there's been several moments over the past year that I can say that I was scared. However, when thinking back, I can't think of any "big" time that I was scared. Fortunately, I haven't been threatened or held hostage in 2011, but a few random scary times have been when..

...a tornado hit Clinton less than a mile away from MC.
...the MC apocolypse. Wait...nevermind. That was cool.
...I was on a safari in South Africa at midnight with a group full of drunk people.
...I arrived at CentriKid as a very shy newbie and there were "crazy people" hitting the van with pool noodles.
...Ashley Abell, Ben Kimsal, and I went to see a kid in the hospital at camp, and ended up walking in the sketchiest neighborhood I've ever been in.
...Ashley Chesnut, Joe Napier, and I were in a Ryder truck down a two-lane road in the middle of nowhere and our radio didn't work, our phones had no service, and we weren't really sure where we were going.
...I changed my major.
...Shawreth had a hearing. We weren't guilty.
...I got a call that a tornado had hit my grandparents house.
...I'm going to London.

Don't call me a sissy.
